Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Boostam Now at boostamnow.com. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Boostam Now, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to comply with them in full.

2. ABOUT BOOSTAM NOW

Boostam Now is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement services for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and others. We operate primarily for users in Cameroon and accept payments via MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your account. Boostam Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. PAYMENTS AND WALLET

All transactions on Boostam Now are made in FCFA (XAF). Payments are processed via MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money through our payment partner, Fapshi. Once funds are added to your Boostam Now wallet, they cannot be withdrawn or transferred — they can only be used to purchase services on our platform. Boostam Now is not responsible for Mobile Money transaction failures caused by your mobile operator or network issues.

5. ORDERS AND SERVICE DELIVERY

Once an order is placed and payment is deducted from your wallet, the order cannot be cancelled unless it has not yet started. Delivery times vary by service — estimated times are shown on each service page but are not guaranteed. Some services may take longer depending on the provider. We do not guarantee results beyond what is stated on each individual service description.

6. REFILLS AND GUARANTEES

Some services come with a refill guarantee as stated in their description. If eligible, you may request a refill through your order history. Refills are not available for services that clearly state "no refill" in their description.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You must not use Boostam Now to promote content that is illegal under Cameroonian law, promote hate speech, violence, or harassment, attempt to manipulate or abuse our platform systems, resell services in a way that misleads end users, or use automated tools or bots to interact with our platform outside of the official API.

8. API USAGE

Registered users may access the Boostam Now API to place and manage orders programmatically. API access is subject to these same Terms and Conditions. Abuse of the API, including excessive requests or unauthorized automation, may result in suspension.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Boostam Now provides SMM services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any loss of social media accounts, penalties from social media platforms, loss of business, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Use our services at your own risk in accordance with each platform's own terms of service.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Boostam Now reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved under Cameroonian jurisdiction.
