1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Boostam Now strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability. However, we may experience scheduled maintenance, provider-side interruptions, or unexpected downtime. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the platform or any specific service.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed automatically once placed. Processing begins as soon as your order is submitted and your wallet balance is deducted. Start times depend on the specific service and current queue volume. Estimated delivery times shown on service pages are approximations only.
3. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION POLICY
Boostam Now reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that:- Engages in fraudulent payment activity (e.g. disputing valid Mobile Money charges)- Abuses the order system (mass cancellations, chargeback attempts)- Uses the platform for illegal or harmful purposes- Shares account credentials or attempts to resell account access- Abuses the API or support system
Suspended accounts forfeit any remaining wallet balance.
4. SUPPORT POLICY
Our support team is available via the support ticket system on the platform and by email at support@boostamnow.com. We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours (business days). Support is provided in English and French. Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue as this slows down response times.
5. FAIR USE OF SERVICES
Boostam Now services are intended for legitimate social media growth purposes. We do not encourage the use of our services to spread misinformation, manipulate public opinion in harmful ways, or violate the terms of service of any social media platform. Users are solely responsible for how they use our services on their accounts.
6. PRICING POLICY
All prices on Boostam Now are displayed in FCFA (XAF). Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time of ordering is the final price charged. Boostam Now does not engage in price discrimination based on user identity.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on boostamnow.com — including the brand name, logo, interface design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Boostam Now. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any part of our platform without written permission.
8. LANGUAGE
These policies are written in English. A French version may be made available. In case of conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail.
