Refund Policy

At Boostam Now, we are committed to delivering quality SMM services to all our customers. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.


1. WALLET DEPOSITS — NON-REFUNDABLE


All funds deposited into your Boostam Now wallet via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money are non-refundable. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your wallet, it cannot be reversed, withdrawn, or transferred to another payment method. This is because your funds are immediately available for use on our platform.


If a payment was deducted from your Mobile Money account but your wallet was NOT credited, please contact us immediately at support@boostamnow.com with your transaction ID and phone number, and we will investigate and resolve it within 24–48 hours.


2. COMPLETED ORDERS — NON-REFUNDABLE


Once an order has been placed and has started processing, the charge is non-refundable. This applies even if:

- The order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time

- You no longer need the service after ordering

- Your social media account settings changed after placing the order


3. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS — WALLET CREDIT ONLY


A refund back to your Boostam Now wallet balance (not to Mobile Money) may be issued in the following cases:


- Your order was placed but never started after 72 hours of waiting

- A service was significantly under-delivered (e.g. you ordered 1000 followers and received fewer than 500 with no refill)

- A duplicate order was placed by error and neither order has started


Refunds in these cases will be credited back to your Boostam Now wallet as balance, not returned to your Mobile Money account.


4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND


To request a wallet credit refund, contact us at support@boostamnow.com with:

- Your registered email address

- Your order ID

- A clear description of the issue


We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all eligible cases within 72 hours.


5. NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS


Refunds will NOT be issued if:

- The order was delivered as described

- You provided an incorrect username, link, or target when placing the order

- The social media platform removed or reduced the delivered engagement after delivery

- You violated our Terms and Conditions


6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY


Boostam Now reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available at boostamnow.com/refund-policy.
